Five-year-old Rachael Vigilant and two-month-old Sophia A young mother accused of brutally killing her two daughters is reportedly suffering from Postpartum Depression, according to Marpin 2K4 News. She is now a patient at the Princess Margaret Hospital. The Mahaut woman, whose name has not been officially released, was arrested on Thursday morning following the alleged incident about 2:45 a.m. She has not been formally charged. Thirty-two year-old Freeman of Murphy's Lane, Goodwill was killed execution style on Wednesday about 9:30 p.m. Reports indicate he was shot at five times in the head and chest while conversing with friends outside a shop on High Street. Freeman's bullet-riddled body laid in a gutter for some two hours while police officers conducted preliminary investigations. Police Public Relations Officer Inspector Claude Weekes said no one has been arrested for the crime. Freeman leaves to mourn three daughters. A family member speaking on condition of anonymity told this publication that Freeman put a lot of time into his family. A Mahaut woman is now in police custody in connection with the death of her two children about 3 a.m. this morning. A source reliably informed that the deceased are aged 7 and less than a year. The woman reportedly lives in the vicinity of the Mahaut Police Station. She is believed to be in her 20s. The nature of the childrens' death was not disclosed up to press time. Investigations continue into the matter.
